Within 8 hours on Essential, 4 hours on Pro, and 2 hours on Elite. We take a backup immediately before every update so there's always a clean restore point ready.

Is malware removal really included at no extra charge?

Always. If your site is ever compromised while on a plan, we clean it, identify the entry point, patch it, and document everything in your monthly report - at no extra cost.
