Our maintenance plans include monthly plugin and core updates, automated daily backups, security scanning, uptime monitoring and a monthly report. Higher-tier plans also include support hours for changes, fixes and technical questions.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Response times depend on your plan. Emergency support requests are responded to within one hour, any time of day. Standard support requests are handled within one business day on all plans.
Do I need to provide access to my site?
Yes - we need admin access to WordPress and FTP or hosting panel access to carry out maintenance. All credentials are stored securely and access is never shared with third parties.
Can you help if my site has already been hacked?
Yes. We offer standalone hacked site recovery as well as including malware removal in our security-focused plans. We remove the malware, patch the vulnerability and put measures in place to prevent reinfection.
Do you work with WooCommerce stores?
Yes. We have a dedicated WooCommerce maintenance plan that includes payment gateway testing, product and order management support, and specialist WooCommerce performance optimisation.
Can I use your services as an agency for my clients?
Yes - our white-label programme lets you resell BlueBotts maintenance under your own brand. We handle the technical work and you maintain the client relationship and deliver the results as your own.
What if I need custom development work?
Custom theme and plugin development is available as a standalone service. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will provide a fixed-price quote. Development work is separate from maintenance plans.
